Excellent modern equipment and facilities. Great selection of both free weights and machines for cardio and weight training. Everything is spotless, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just about the perfect mid sized gym experience I could think of.
My happy place five days a week!
I have been going to the KFWC for the past several months as I utilize the indoor walking track when the weather is miserable (rain, thunder, high humidity). I also have been able to use the Fairmount outside track for walking. The staff is professional as they are very polite and pleasant in their interactions. The facility is clean and well maintained with ample parking. The mobile app is excellent to check on times for availability of track.
