Gone down hill after Diane left. No doctors just assistants. Started when Dr. Moody retired. Self diagnoses by Google have been better than their care. No longer dispense class II meds.
Kettering health network took over. Now office can't get prescriptions correct. Medication that was called in was not the correct one, office can't find records. Someone don't know what they are doing.
I've only been there twice so far. I'm a new patient this year but I love it. I've met with Melanie both times and she is awesome! One was for a yearly checkup and the next was when I was sick. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend.
I called 3 weeks ago to make a new patient appointment. The girl told me the process was that someone would call me back to schedule. Guess new patients aren't needed for them.
