I also would give a negative star if possible. Ditto to each of the other reviews. They never sent the bill thru my insurance, I’ve talked to billing twice and still getting calls from a collection agency 2 years after the procedure. I am now contacting an attorney.

While the anesthesiologist was pleasant, they never sent me a bill and turned me over to collections. Very unprofessional.

I had an outpatient procedure done at Kettering and I had to be put under for it. The anesthesiologist in the tiny, prison cell type procedure room said he would be putting me under but another anesthesiologist (the senior anesthesiologist?) would be in to ask me a few questions. This "other" anesthesiologist never showed up and in short order they put me under. Fast forward two months and I get a bill for TWO anesthesiologists for the procedure. Over $200 apiece. If I could give zero stars, I would. The billing is an absolute disaster. Two separate times this company has sent my account to a debt collector when the account was paid in full. I then had to get it cleared up with the collection company. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!
