Went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Patiently explained the whole process and even showed up to a meeting just to listen and provide support if needed. Definitely recommend.
We've had him for about 6 years. He started out great. I don't know if he quit caring because we're in the in-between stages right now. He just doesn't seem to care anymore. Doesn't explain things well, caused my husband to not be able to file for disability because he had him wait too long. If we have concerns he doesn't seem to care, if we don't get a check because the adjuster doesn't send one he is in no rush to fix things. The secretary is only there for maybe 3 hours a day. They aren't responsive.
