Excellent professional staff. Thorough expert assessment by Dr Kette resulted in detailed effective plan of attack of my severe skin allergy. The first relief after being reviewed by four medical clinics. Very detailed and effective logical approach. Much appreciated!
I was very sceptical given previous reviews, but honestly, i had no issues with Frank Kettle. He's informative easy to understand and like the other staff very polite.
My daughter saw Dr Kette today for ongoing allergies and reliance on antihistamines all year round. He asked a lot of questions to ascertain her possible triggers and was thorough with his diagnosis as well as the options to help her improve her quality of life. I think the thing that really impressed me (apart from his professionalism and knowledge during the initial discussions) was his thoughtful consideration of a secondary issue I had asked him about at the end of the appointment. I finally got some answers to my sons allergies. I found Dr Kette to be very thorough, informative and personable. Staff were friendly and we were very happy with the overall service. Thankyou!
I travelled 2 hours, paid $220 for accommodation, just for Dr Kette to talk down to me about my problems as if they were nothing. I waited 6 months, and $435 later he has referred me to get a blood test elsewhere for confirmation of things he couldn't conclude himself. Staff members were very nice, but unfortunately speaking to Dr Kette was like talking to a man that doesn't value my health and well-being.
