I was curious about hypnosis therapy after listening to an Andrew Huberman podcast where he interviewed Dr David Spiegel, chair of Stanford Psychiatry. There is significant research backing the effectiveness of hypnosis therapy. Ketra has a you tube video that hit spot on the issues I was wrestling with.
