My parents went to see Dr. Ketki for an oral lesion my father had. She looked at my Dad and said "oh this is not in my field of practice-call OSU" She gave them the number but NO referral slip. I am a healthcare provider in another state and was shocked and disappointed. She also told my parents she will not bill for this visit-which she of course did!
