I would not give her any stars! I trust all that the medical professionals say and the medication to take because of their "expertise." I know they are humans and they make mistakes too. But, not in this case where my daughter has both ears infected! And coming twice to see a doctor for the same reason. Finally a good and knowledgeable NP-she prescribed a better antibiotic.
The worst. Works like a robot, very unpleasant. I had to fight with her to do the strep test. When the results came back positive, she threw the paper on the countertop and just barked at me that i was right. Avoid.
I was extremalnie satisfied with Ketina services she listend to my concernes and she did not Ignore me on the appointment. she gani my trust as a patient who looked for good provider. I m happy to have her as a family Nurse Practisioner.
