They do not have good communication between the call reception and doctors
So dissapointed...Dr. Ketha's office cancelled on me day of the appointment last week. Today I had to cancel because I got really sick this morning with a stomach bug. They are charging me a $50.00 fee. Would you rather that I go in and get your staff sick as well? Shows little interest in your patient, but quick for the money.
Worst experience ever I had in my life. These people are fully scam. Over charges for doing nothing. they dont listen to insurance as well. they will charge u like hell for doing nothing, if any procedure done in the hospital, im leaving for people's imagination about the charges. Even as a primary care they charged me over 180$ which should be only 20$ as per my insurance. Moreover, they have claimed from my insurance with faulty codes and got more claims from my insurance.
