i was there yesterday,they lowballed me on my trade in ,real lowball ,not even close to blue book,and wanted a arm and leg for there trailers , got a much better deal from camping world,Ill never do business with these guys again, it was like dealing with a used car salesman in 1970,in my opinon.
I bought a Lance in November '19. Since then it has leaked propane. I called and a technician came out. Discovered it was our oven slowly leaking. It took them a month to get us a new stove as they argued with Lance and Dometic as to who should foot the bill. 2 weeks ago it started smelling like gas again. Alarms started going off.
