Nice neighborhood mechanic, fast and efficient.
Would never do business with a company who tresspasses on private property to break the law. Came to a private parking lot at my place of employment and placed their cards on every car in the lot. My private vehicle parked on private property is not an advertising venue. It is also very much illegal according to Scottsdale Ordinance Section 19-9(c). Will be reported. Based on a friend's referral, we've brought our car to Ketchum's for the last few years and are extremely pleased. Their pricing is very fair and they are extremely courteous and helpful. We have and will continue to recommend Ketchum's.
