One could not ask for better or more friendly service than from Dennis and his crew. They have serviced our hot tubs for 22 years with prompt, competent service. Dennis is never too busy to help with any problem. Clearly a 5-star operation.
I purchased a Hot Springs Grandee spa during the pandemic. Dennis told me it would take months to deliver due to factory closures, supply chain issues and delivery problems. But finally about 8 months later it came in just as Dennis predicted. Once he had it in his warehouse, everything else went very smoothly and it was expertly delivered and installed. I have always found Dennis and Parris very easy and personable to deal with
