Outstanding customer service: I placed an order for an item and inadvertently selected the wrong sizes to go with that item. Rather than sending the incorrect item, Christina reached out to verify my order making sure it was what I required. Thankfully she caught my error and amended my order prior to shipment saving me from having to request a return and exchange.
