Ryan and his crew are great people! Challenging diagnosis, but got it figured out. They use premium parts, and the charges are very fair. Did I mention how quickly they serviced my van??? Five stars for sure. They treated me like a local!!!
I went to Ketchum Auto to get an oil change which should've been simple and painless. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. When I picked my truck up they had replaced my engine filters (without asking) AND accidently turned on a restrictive mode (called myKey). When I confronted them about the issue they tried to help me and then said they couldn't fix it. I've had good luck with them in the past but today got the old repair shop tricks. I asked for an oil change and tire change. I got a $40 Cabin Air Filter, I didn't ask for. It's a $6 dollar part and takes two minutes. And a "topped off your windshield wiper fluid". I topped it off four days ago. So, for $50 they lose a loyal customer. Hope it was worth it.
Ryan was very helpful and quick to get me a quote on repairing a heater hose. They got my Cadillac in and fixed the same day I dropped it off. Highly recommend them to anyone. Great rates and speedy service
I preface this review with the fact I usually do all my own work to my truck and rarely use anyone to do anything. I don’t just walk into a random big box mechanic store and trust they’ll do the work right, which is why I chose this shop. From the moment I walked into the shop I felt like I was in good hands. Alas, I was there because I didn’t have access to my usual lift and tools, and needed someone I could trust.
