Don’t take your car here unless you want them up charging you, putting parts on it without calling you, and absolutely ruining a vehicle, horrible service, horrible communication, can’t believe there’s shops out here still doing this, would never recommend to even my worst enemy!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Ryan and his crew are great people! Challenging diagnosis, but got it figured out. They use premium parts, and the charges are very fair. Did I mention how quickly they serviced my van??? Five stars for sure. They treated me like a local!!!

I went to Ketchum Auto to get an oil change which should've been simple and painless. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. When I picked my truck up they had replaced my engine filters (without asking) AND accidently turned on a restrictive mode (called myKey). When I confronted them about the issue they tried to help me and then said they couldn't fix it.
