Ketchum auto was wonderful to work with! My power steering went out back in November when I was passing through for a school event, and Ryan walked me through the process, kept me up to speed with what was going on with my car, and was transparent about how long the process would take and what it would cost. They had the part ordered and shipping by the end of the day, and I was back on the road a day later :)
Crooks. Inappropriate, homophobic, creepy and they do bad work. Waste your money elsewhere.
Do not trust this man with your car he will price gouge you, make inappropriate remarks and homophobic jokes, and bill you $750 to replace a battery. Go elsewhere.
