Came in last week and was treated unkind. There was a young black girl that was rude. Should not be in customer service with her attitude. Told me she was completely booked up. I’m assuming the other lady was a manager she took over and was completely sorry she explained that one girl is out sick and that they had a full books but she got me in. I’m a simple buzz cut. Took my daughter to Ketchpaw's for her first ever haircut! She has down syndrome and is pretty wiggly, so I listen to other moms in the area about where they take their kids and her good reviews about Ketchpaw's. Their prices are so much cheaper than the dedicated kid salons. So I figured we could try it out. They were great! My daughter's haircut looks great, we were in and out fast, the stylist was nice, I have no complaints. Bring cash though! They can't process card payments.

I like Ketchpaw's. Little to no waiting everytime I go for a haircut. They do a great job and they are friendly. I have been there several times. They even cut my wife's hair when she needs it. Update still awesome. Always a great haircut. Megan is the one we prefer and she always does an excellent haircut. It is best to call and schedule an appointment.

I was traveling into the area to visit finds and family and was over due on a haircut.. I have a flattop style hair and when called they’ve very polite and got me in very quickly!!! Super happy I found these Ladies !!!! Thanks for the great new look !!!
