Took this tour with my wife recently. Trolly we were on had no suspension and every pothole we hit we thought all the glass would shatter. Drove us around town For 20 minutes stopping at a fish ladder which was fine. Then we headed out of town to what appeared to be someone’s construction yard. Basically a gravel parking lot and stopped for another 20 minutes. Sure there were a couple of eagles in the trees but they were all. Over the town as well. Definitely no breathtaking views as advertised. Driver was friendly but didn’... read more

This a terrible tour company taken advantage of a beautiful land. Over price $55.00 just to drive to a local river. Horrible and uncomfortable transportation, very unsafe. Driver / tour guy very pushi and demonstrate lack of knowledge of the local culture.

Stopped in Ketchikan from our cruise. Wandered into the Visitor’s bureau to see what we might do. Saw this trolley tour. 118.00 for the tour for two people for 90 minutes. Disappointingly, it wasn’t on a trolley- it was on a run-down school bus- wasn’t told that until we were outside when they were showing us where we were supposed to get on it. Said trolley wasn’t available. In looking at the reviews, it is apparently not available a lot. Stopped at a park—Saw nothing, was told to go look at the hatchery- you could peer ove... read more

Cruise ship guests beware. We jumped on this tour when our other tour got cancelled due to weather. This is simply a very pricey ride out of town to an area where there are sometimes salmon, eagle, bear. The windows were so foggy we couldn't see anything along the way. The driver was cranky (bitter, harsh) and called other tourists idiots several times. She also brought up politics which really turned me off further. Way too much to pay for a quick ride.
