This a terrible tour company taken advantage of a beautiful land. Over price $55.00 just to drive to a local river. Horrible and uncomfortable transportation, very unsafe. Driver / tour guy very pushi and demonstrate lack of knowledge of the local culture.

Stopped in Ketchikan from our cruise. Wandered into the Visitor’s bureau to see what we might do. Saw this trolley tour. 118.00 for the tour for two people for 90 minutes. Disappointingly, it wasn’t on a trolley- it was on a run-down school bus- wasn’t told that until we were outside when they were showing us where we were supposed to get on it. Cruise ship guests beware. We jumped on this tour when our other tour got cancelled due to weather. This is simply a very pricey ride out of town to an area where there are sometimes salmon, eagle, bear. The windows were so foggy we couldn't see anything along the way. The driver was cranky (bitter, harsh) and called other tourists idiots several times. She also brought up politics which really turned me off further. Way too much to pay for a quick ride.

Cranky tour guide / driver. Short ride out of town to see Salmon. Complete rip-off. Avoid.

A ripoff. We rode out of town with a super cranky driver who yelled at the customers and complained about her boss. We hiked 40 minutes to a creek and a beach. Not a trolley tour like you’d expect. The ticket office never told us we’d be off the trolley in the rough more than we’d be on the trolley. Several seniors were not able to walk the whole tour. They definitely saw us coming.
