Ketchikan’s Gold Pan Pizza truly sucks. As much as I love it when I call to have the Gold Pan Pizza employee pickup the phone and great me with “yeah?”, the service somehow gets worse from there. It turns out they might also just hang up on you if you have to call back to follow up on a delivery order that you placed 90 minutes earlier after you were told it would arrive no later than 45 minutes. Ordered $80 worth of food online as I usually do. I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up my food to find a bunch of kids hanging out and having a good time. I was told “I’m just gonna be straight up with you, we don’t make it” He continued to make excuses how the power had went out this morning…that was at 7AM!!! There were other people dining in so I’m not sure what the power had to do with it. It gets worse every time we go in there.
This pizza joint is beyond crap! The damn door opens by its self!
