Truly, one of the finest physicians that I know. Very methodical, knowledgeable and makes you feel as if your health is very important. He proactive in advising you of steps to take to improve your health and well-being. Would absolutely recommend him.
Took my 92 year old mother to her first visit to this facility today. We could not have been more impressed with Dr. Trivedi. He made us feel like my mom was his only patient that day and his top priority. Professional, thorough and caring.
Dr.Trivedi has been our family doctor for many years; he treats us like his own family & what comes across is that he truly cares about his patients& is dedicated to his profession. He is an exemplary doctor!
Due to extremely poor communication on Dr. T'S departure, my annual wellness exam was missed. I was told that I could go to the clinic across the street but was told that the attending physician did not take Aetna. What a clown show.
This practice is disorganized and unprepared. You literally cannot get a human being on the phone even to reschedule an appointment. Speaking with an operator who has to try to route callers, I learned that MOST patients express extreme frustration about their system. My last visit ended up having to be marked as "not seen" because they didn't have the basic equipment to perform the procedure the appointment was booked to complete.
