Dr. Ketan Shah is an extremely intelligent and exceptionally well qualified Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist! He is meticulously well organized and empathic with his patients. Dr. Shah is a fantastic gastroenterologist. I was first introduced to him in the hospital due to gallbladder issues and stones in the bile duct. He is one of the few that can perform an ERCP procedure. He is a great communicator, calling me several times before the procedure to fully explain it and what to expect. I loved him soo much I requested he perform my colonoscopies going forward and I was soo happy I did that. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Shah and his team for helping me get through my colonoscopy! This was my second colonoscopy with him. I always have a lot of anxiety about this procedure because my system cannot handle the standard prep. He was extremely helpful, caring, and compassionate about making a plan that would work for me.
