I have been receiving ketamine infusions since 2019. The staff is caring and kind, with the best intentions for the patients. For me, it is a routine treatment to manage the depressive side of Bipolar disorder. I have no doubt that the reason I am alive due to these treatments.
June 2024- I have been coming to the clinic for”tune ups” every 6-12 months since my initial infusions and I can say that these amazing people are always compassionate and caring. I am only alive today because this therapy exists. Thank you. This clinic changed my life, I no longer feel suicidal daily, my depression has lifted. My life is a million times better. Thank you so much. The staff is always amazing, they care and are professional. Thanks again.

Been emailing weekly for updates with a lady named Erin who, after a month of corresponding, claimed my emails were going to "spam". My insurance has a history of covering such treatment and there's been no progress in getting this clinic to call Anthem to get pre-authorization. It's been and continues to be a frustrating experience due to poor communication and no follow-up.
