I can't say enough about Dr. Kaster and his entire team. When I was at my lowest point, a family member helped me contact the clinic, and Dr. Kaster called me back himself — quickly and with genuine warmth. I contacted a few clinics in the Boston area. Dr. Kaster has been doing this for over 12 years — you can feel that experience in every aspect of how the clinic operates. I reached out on a Tuesday evening not expecting to hear back until the following week, and he personally responded the next morning. I have been working with Dr. Kaster for over a decade—he is the best. I work with a lot of psychiatrists and mental health specialists in my profession. Dr. Kaster is a standout. He is not churning-and-burning patients—he is compassionate, and takes the time to make every patient feel seen and heard. Dr Kaster is one of the most caring Drs. He listens to your concerns. He has offered more solutions to me in a two year timeframe than other Drs. I’ve been seeing for 10+ years. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him.
