She has charged my card for three appointments, has no remorse or regard of others. Lacks respect or empathy, and has overcharged my card without my consent. I inquired about ketamine therapy at this clinic a few months back and saw the doctor who prescribed it. I took the initiative to learn about the process, including the need for a driver and the recommendation to take the next day off for processing. To align with my work schedule, and the person to provide me with transportation I specifically asked about the ketamine infusion days and bid for a work shift accordingly. My Dr., referred me to this place, when please called they told me they don’t accept my insurance ,being OHP/Umpqua Health Alliance Then they tell me that if I want help, I have to pay for it well, if I had the money to pay for it, I wouldn’t go to the doctor in the first place to get a referral. I’ve been getting treatments here for a few months now. I feel safe and comfortable during the treatments, and they have been the only thing so far that I’ve tried for my depression which helped me feel joy again. They’re welcoming of LGBT people which was a nice breath of fresh air. I’m really glad I took a chance and tried this.
