I recently had 2 different blood draws by Gina. Im so grateful for her calm professional demeanor. Wonderful experience and appreciated her going above and beyond. Highly recommend her if you need any blood draw!
I genuinely wish I could continue recommending this place. For a while—before the psychiatrist I was seeing left—I would rave about this facility and the care I received. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly. No matter what I do, who I message, or who I email, I receive little to no response. I love the people working at this clinic. I had to go get blood work done and I an so scared of needles. I called to ask to talk to person who would be doing my blood draw and I got to speak to Gina. She has such a kind heart she talked to me for at least 10 minutes calming me down and explained exactly step by step what the day of blood draw would be like. I’ve spent progressively more time at this clinic over the last year that I’ve been using their services for improving my mental health. I am amazed by all the new treatments they’ve added, and the comfort of the treatment area and private rooms. I was originally unsure about the changes that were coming with the merge of Pure Balance and Ascend Wellness.
