I would not recommend Brittany or her team for any pain-related treatments, as they do not appear to be well educated in that aspect of their practice, despite what is advertised on their website. I’m beyond grateful for everyone at Ascend Wellness. Brittany and Chelsi have helped me to keep fighting even when it was hard and uncertain. Kaytie is kind, empathetic, and patient. I have been going to Ascend for over a year and Kaytie has been a safe and steady presence. Nicole can help me smile even on my worst days. We started coming to this clinic because we followed the best doctor in all of NWA. All of the staff has been really, really great. The only exception is the nurse Kaytie. She’s not professional or good at her job. When she didn’t get my several emails or phone notifications, about my children’s refills Friday, I tried to reach out on the weekend, because even with pharmacy giving us an emergency dose, it wasn’t enough.
