I've been a client of Keswick Hearing Centre for many years (20+) and have received nothing but excellent service! Alon is always genuinely caring, and has always accommodated me with same-day service when I need a hearing aid tubing change. When I leave a voicemail message, he responds quickly and professionally within an hour or two. I'm very happy with Keswick Hearing Centre and dealing with Alon. Definitely 5/5 stars from me.
Alon is knowledgeable and friendly who provides you with options and information to suit your needs. I was reluctant to go for hearing aides, however he put me at ease and made the experience a pleasure. I love my hearing aides and highly recommend you see him! After several decades of having Alon take care of my brother‘s hearing needs, it’s now my turn. I was, yet again, extremely pleased by the caring and personal attention given to me during my appointment. As usual, Alon does not charge for the hearing test, but concentrates on assessing your hearing and suggesting the most appropriate steps forward, if any are needed.
