The company does not reply to emails or phone calls. I pay for my flyers and it’s been three days. I’ve asked for updates no one has respond.
We have been their client since we started our business 2yrs ago and they did a great job on my brochures, flyers and car magnets. Just recently, about 3 weeks ago we ordered a bulk of flyers , business cards and car magnets..Now they are not able to deliver to the agreed date that they will be able to finish my orders. Wow this use to be the company to go to i designed my grandmothers obituaries and I spoke to this company for printing I had previously worked with them in the past so I didn't know about the change in customer service which has gone from good to terrible anywho the lady I spoke told me the day before my grandmothers funeral that she could not do the printing and that I need to find someone else I was in complete distraught I'll never return to this business again they have lost a good paying customer
