The apartment is nice, and the location and neighborhood are fantastic. However, it sometimes feels like a play center with lots of kids and families. If you're considering moving in, I’d recommend spending some time in the apartment to see if there are kids living above you—there can be a lot of stomping throughout the day and into the night, along with whiffle balls hitting your door in the afternoon. This building has a cockroach problem. I have roaches coming out of my kitchen and bathroom and the building management is attempting to convince me that there are no signs of an “infestation.” Such a gross living experience.
Updated review: Mr. Avalos has been very helpful in making sure any questions I had were answered. Although this particular property doesn’t have the availability I’m looking for, I appreciate the assistance and effort.
I’ve had a wonderful experience as a resident, even through a change in landlords. This property management company was recommended to us by a friend and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. Management is compassionate, respectful, and communicative. I am happy to live here as long as I can. Great rates and a well-maintained building.
