Bought a Suzuki DR-Z400SM from Kessner Motorcycles in August last year and had it shipped up to QLD. Dealt with Brock over the phone and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Had an issue with my bike on my trip across Australia. Bike was placed on transport and sent ahead. Two days later I arrived and the issue was rectified and was able to continue my trip. Well done to Aaron and the team.
Had a really disappointing experience here. For a place that calls itself Adelaide’s number one KTM dealership, I honestly expected a lot better. I’d pre arranged to have tyres fitted that I’d bought elsewhere (from MXStore). Kessner’s knew this in advance and confirmed they were happy to do the job, so there was no misunderstanding or last minute drama. The service itself was pretty average.
