Ron helped me out while we were traveling…camping at Codorus State Park. The derailleur on my e-bike was bent due to an accident and I couldn’t shift into several gears, the chain was rubbing on my tire as well. Ron was friendly and quick, and did an awesome job fixing it so I was a happy camper! He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix. I recommend Kessler’s as very helpful, friendly, spot on, and quick for service. Glad we found Ron…there are good people in the world, and Ron is one of them. Thank you, Ron!
Great bike shop for repairs! I was out for a ride today and my seat post broke- yeah I’ve never heard of that happening either! I was able to make it to Kessler’s and they fixed me up and got me back on my way in no time. Huge help, great customer service and very friendly.
