I will try and make a long painful story short. Our vans sliding door window was broken and our insurance company referred us to Safelite for the repairs. It took roughly 5 days for them to come out for the repairs. After they removed the still functional glass they tell us they have the wrong window. After about another week of nothing, they say they can’t get the glass “sorry”. They just quit and our insurance company made excuses for Safelite instead of tying to help us.
