I was gifted a beautiful cheese slicer made by Rex several years ago, and have used it regularly without issue. Recently, the wire snapped (surprising that this is the first time given how often I use it!). I emailed Rex and received a prompt email assuring me I can get a replacement wire and instructions on how to replace it. This is truly a quality product and excellent customer support! Thank you.
