Dr. Kessler came in listened to my son and our concerns then came up with a treatment plan. He was very knowledgeable and kind. The lady that brought us to the room listened to me ramble about our concerns, asked clarifying questions when needed and kind. The front office staff were helpful and friendly. I did have to call back as one of the two scripts was lost in cyberspace, they waited on hold while it was sent again

My family member recently went to receive treatment for a skin infection. It kept spreading and became urgent. The office said it would call back with a differing treatment plan days ago. They haven’t followed up with anything. We still just suffering at home. Very frustrating and this rash looks is so painful. I wouldn’t recommend this office. Hopefully the ER will be some help.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kessler. Upon arriving for my son’s appointment we were greeted and checked in by Erin who works at the front desk. She was very kind and welcoming with her smile and positive attitude. We barely had enough time to sit down and we were called back to see the doctor which was great because there was essentially no wait time. Dr kessler is GREAT!! Very friendly, kind and caring. Very knowledgeable about his field. You couldn't ask for a better Dr. However, the staff there lacks most of the skills the Dr excels at. Very few are friendly, some are even downright rude and unprofessional. It always takes multiple calls to get a prescription refilled. You can never speak to a person, always directed to a voicemail which is never returned. If I didn't like and respect Dr Kessler so well I would have left the practice a long time ago.
