I shipped my clarinet and two tenor saxes to Kessler for their pro overhaul service. They were serviced efficiently and came back well packed and undamaged. The overhauls were truly top pro level and each instrument plays as good or better than brand new. One of the tenors had some hidden shoddy repair work (by a different outfit done many years ago) that was discovered and rectified by Kessler - thank you Adam!
