What can I say, except for the fact that you folks keep raising the bar! I was a Kessler patient almost 4 years ago following an injury, and when I had hip replacement surgery earlier this year, I knew I would return to the only people who could get me my life back. Kessler in Morris Plains was a totally five star experience, starting with Tom at the front desk and working with Jackie. Jackie is extremely knowledgeable about safe and effective exercises for osteoporosis. After each appointment, Jackie gave me a printout of the exercises that we had worked on and also sent me a video of the exercises. I feel confident in doing the exercises at home and I know that I can reach out to Jackie if I have any questions. I highly recommend Kessler in Morris Plains.
Terrible frontdesk attention, the person attending me with awful attitude, almost like he was doing me a favor in providing information - I left and looked for another rehab place.
