I have been visiting Kessler for the past few weeks for pre and post acl surgery rehab. Tom has been very helpful with checking with the insurance company on the amount of sessions I could have and scheduling has been extremely convenient and easy. I have mainly seen active and athletic recovery stories online and being a non active/unfit person was worried about how difficult the PT sessions would be but Jackie has been amazing at setting the pace, expectations and explaining the exercises to be performed both at the center... read more
Office staff and physical therapists are top notch. Highly recommend going here if you find yourself needing physical therapy.
The physical therapy is great. Unfortunately, I have been having issues with billing for several months. They seem unable to correct their billing issues with my insurance company. Their accounting department is completely inept. I was too generous with 2 stars. Just reduced to 1 star.
