I started at Kessler North Brunswick at the recommendation of my sister. I was diagnosed with chondromalacia patellae in one knee and was having difficulty bending both knees and walking or sitting comfortably. Jeffrey was my therapist. He used a combination of manual manipulation and exercises to strengthen my legs, knees and improve my flexibility. Jeffrey was constantly checking in and making adjustments to my plan. I went to physical therapy for my neck, pain and a little bit for my hamstring pain. I had a level seven pain in my neck and a level five in my hamstring. When I left, I was a level one neck, pain and a level one hamstring pain. My favorite part was the massage at the end in the heat. Jeffrey and Gina at Kessler—2186 Route 27 North Brunswick are both very very good. They take lot of care and give very good massage and therapy. They are friendly and kind therapist. Desk receptionist, Sarita is helpful and cooperative. It was really good experience in this facility. I recommend to anyone seeking out therapy. Thank you Jeff and Gina.
