This is my second experience using this Kessler location, and it is still 5 star service that I expected and received. Linda is wonderful at reception. Honestly, I’d give an extra star to Linda if I could just because she’s the first person you meet and her warm attitude completely sets you up for success. She makes sure you understand the process from your doctor’s order through the insurance approval task and onto scheduling and reminders. Absolutely fantastic staff all around…. And Matt, my Physical Therapist, is phenomenal! Highly recommend.
