I am new to physical therapy and happy to be working with Dave he is very patient with me and I appreciate that. Everyone there is as nice as can be especially the front deck staff
If I could I would give -10 stars. I called my insurance before I stepped foot in this place and knew my benefits. The office never notified me that they will bill as outpatient HOSPITAL which drastically changed my benefits and my bill eventually. So sneaky , money hungry corporations. Instead of full coverage I ended up receiving almost $500 bill and when I tried to work it out with the representative,Madison on the phone, she was rude , dismissive and frankly disrespectful.
Great staff! Very caring!
Was overcharged a few hundred dollars after I had met my out-of-pocket maximum expenses in 2024. Fortunately, my wife had the same situation a year later and told me to check my EOB. Not trust worthy in my opinion.
