Nice reception and excellent physical therapy. Clean and safe environment.
From the moment you walk into Kessler you are greeted with the most caring and professional staff. My PT sessions with David and Elizabeth are exactly what I need to address my pain and work towards a complete recovery. This is my first experience with Kessler and I would highly recommend the center for any Physical Therapy needs. I am new to physical therapy and happy to be working with Dave he is very patient with me and I appreciate that. Everyone there is as nice as can be especially the front deck staff
If I could I would give -10 stars. I called my insurance before I stepped foot in this place and knew my benefits. The office never notified me that they will bill as outpatient HOSPITAL which drastically changed my benefits and my bill eventually. So sneaky , money hungry corporations. Instead of full coverage I ended up receiving almost $500 bill and when I tried to work it out with the representative,Madison on the phone, she was rude , dismissive and frankly disrespectful.
