Everyone here is responsive and does great work. Anytime you call someone is there to answer the phone. Emails are answered promptly as well. This team is great to work with. I look forward to many more years of working with them and appreciate all that they do.
The last name is just a happy coincidence. I wanted to give a big shout out to the whole team. Ryan, Craig, Eric, Ana, and everyone else I have worked with has been amazing. They helped me take title to multiple properties over the last year. If you are an AZ tax lien investor, they are a must have on your contact list. They work well on volume, and provided marketable title within 5 months. They recommended realtors and title companies to help exit.
This law firm tried to take two of our church’s properties in 2021 right after COVID. We are a small (40) member Hispanic church in Peoria, Az. During COVID in 2020 we were not able to pay the property taxes because we were shut down for most of the year and we are a small congregation.
