I’m out hundreds of dollars to them and they didn’t even fix my problem.
I had them come out a few months ago when my AC stopped working. It was a wiring they installed a new thermostat. Once we started using the heat, after the weather cooled down, it was not working properly. I called Justin and he came out and got it working the same day and without charging me anything. Amazing service

Woke up to my AC unit just pittering "cool-ish" air and not cold. Looked at the thermostat and it was at 72 when it's set to 68. Called Kessler Heating and Air and Travis came out and got my unit cleaned, placed 2 new capacitors, found and repaired a leak (I had NO freon in my unit) and got my unit back up and running. Absolutely the best customer Service! Will recommened Kessler Heating & Air to anyone in need of AC service or maintainence!
