This is my preferred eye care location because of the friendly staff and the excellent optometrists. They are thorough and explain the results of eye exams clearly.
I decided to go to a place closer to home and I wish I didn't go here. The optometrist I saw, Dr. Gupta was very condescending and rude. She was visibly and audibly frustrated with me almost the entire exam when I was being pleasant. She was mad that I didn't know the exact amount of hours I wore my contacts and was getting very short and snippy. My young daughter could run their day to day operations better than what they have now. Tried 2 times, appointments set both times....here I sit, still no exam. The first appointment they cancelled with one....one phone call early in the day when I was at work. Ill accept that fault since they did leave a VM I suppose. I showed up and that's when i was told of the cancellation. Idiot at the front desk said they have a cancellation on Friday at 9 am....even verbally reconfirmed that appointment. Went for an eye exam and then went next door to purchase eye glasses. Well I can not use them for reading at all. Two weeks Iater I let office know. I went back and they could not help me. What a waste of money
