Great service for over 10 years First time I dropped off my car for service, Bill Kessler loaned me his pickup truck until I returned to pick my car up. For more than ten years he has been an honest mechanic doing quality work at a fair price.
Incompetent Ripoff Just got my car back from this guy. We'd used him in years past, so we trusted him. What started out as a simple hose replacement for $120 or so, turned into a $400+ debacle. In the process of making the initial repair, he broke something else. He waived the labor charge, supposedly, but he made us pay for the part he broke. Then, after paying him the $400+, he told us that, because of what he did, we would also need a front end alignment, which he does not do. Perhaps that's best, since he botched everyth... read more
