Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my insurance and immediately received a text from Samuel. I emailed Carrie Adams and got a response within an hour, cc’ing David Kessler about the issue. Later that same day, David called me and resolved everything. Now that’s what I call customer service. Quick, efficient, and truly focused on the customer.
David Kessler is a different kind of beast, no other broker can find these deals.
I've been completely satisfied with the customer service I have received. David has been consistent in communication, helpful at navigating couple of insurance policy changes, and generally affable even though I have taken my time to get back to him. Never once have I felt pressured to buy a policy that I did not need, and David has actually encouraged me to save money by dropping coverage that was not necessary. I have recommended Kessler to family and friends without hesitation.
