I don't usually post reviews but I feel I have to share my family's experience first the owner bill is great he came out during hunting season to do an emergency refill at 8 pm but that's as far as the niceness goes when you call in to order propane you will either talk to his wife or his daughter his daughter is nice but I feel his wife is going to loose him business as she is awful to talk to we had a problem with our first bill and she would not send a delivery truck out until it was paid which the bill shouldn't have cam... read more
Worst 24 hour service ever. I call and call, leave one message after the other and still no responce in 6 hours. Do yourslef a favor and never use this company for propane needs. There are many other local companies that are much better when it comes to service.
We have found that Bill Kessinger is the most honest and ethical person we have ever dealt with in this line of business.
