I initially had a great experience at Kissinger Dermatology with Kelly. She was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful, which is why I felt comfortable returning. Unfortunately, my experiences with Carly were completely different. Carly is very sweet personally, but in my experience her work repeatedly felt careless, minimal, and inexperienced.
