I had a procedure done here last summer that left me with four dark scars, required four rounds of antibiotics, and still has not fully healed. When I asked Kelly to address the scarring, she attempted to gaslight me and suggested I had an autoimmune condition, which I do not have and have never been diagnosed with. She then had the audacity to try to charge me for the CO2 laser treatment she recommended to fix the scars. I’ve gone to Kelly for a very long time and she’s the best. Takes me a good hour to get to her office but definitely worth it. Kelly and Carly are truly the best.
