Dr Kessels and his staff are wonderful! They are very professional and knowledgeable with everything they do. They care about you and your outcome. I have never been to an office where everyone is so friendly and caring. I would recommend 100%
Dr. Kessels and his staff have been taking care of a brutal infection of my very swollen and painful toe for weeks now. Due to his precision and gentle trimming attention to this infection that has plagued me with extreme pain, I am enjoying its healing and progress. I look forward to a real shoe and an end to bandages and medicines in the near future because of his so skilled care.
Dr. Kessels & staff at St. Tammany Wound Care are exceptional. I appreciate that it is a full-service facility.

Dr.Kessels and his staff provide excellent care with thorough explanations about tests and treatment options at every visit. Consistently compassionate and professional...exactly what is needed when dealing with a difficult wound.
After not getting results from several doctors, spent extra time and money to seek out a wound care specialist. His treatment was a total failure other than adding a few small bright scars on my foot from where he scraped the wounds when I was there. He was friendly and spent some time with me but his treatment and subsequent medicines did nothing to resolve these sores (which are with me months after seeing him, now with ugly small scars too). The one star visit got 2 stars due to his nurse.
