Great place, staff is friendly and professional. Very quick to answer phones and make a schedule/reschedule work. Staff and drs are great with kids and very informative of the process and what is happening next. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing experience at Kessel and Bouwens. Our first child has completed her early intervention process with an expander and braces. The office is so amazing and accommodating. Anytime we had a concern or emergency they fit us in the same day. That is truly exceptional customer service, in my opinion. We are so happy with them that our second child will be going to Kessel and Bouwens for her braces.
Dr Kessel’s office is absolutely amazing. We have been going to him for years along with all our friends because he is truly the best orthodontist in west Michigan. Don’t look around if you’re searching for a great ortho. There is no other office I would send my family.
We love KB ortho! Always on time, great friendly staff! Would highly recommend them.
We have three of us seeing Dr. Jayne. She is so thorough and kind. The whole staff is so friendly and professional. We highly recommend!
