I came in asking for layers and face-framing and even showed a clear reference photo to make sure we were on the same page. Unfortunately, what I left with was just a trim no layers at all, nothing close to what I asked for. To make matters worse, the hairdresser was quite rude and dismissive throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly but when it came to the result of my hair i wasn't happy. I asked for layers with some face framing/ a curtin bangs kind of look. I showed a reference pic of what i wanted and and ended getting a chopped bob kind of look. And for a service that costs $70+ i was hoping to walk away with what i asked. The first photo is the reference and the 2nd is what i got. I understand that the reference pic needs styling but even when styled it just looks like an uneven bob
To Guyon, ( sorry if I spelt wrong) who relieves on Saturday's Thankyou for the fantastic service I received today. I recently suffered my second T.I.A just a few days ago, and as a survivor I found it difficult to manage my hair at its previous length. I decided to cut it shorter so I could look after it more easily. Not only did Guyon give me a fantastic cut, but he also shaped and framed it in such a thoughtful way that it balanced my face beautifully even though one side is still slightly impaired.
