I ordered a Kesnos dehumidifier from *****. It did not work from at all despite me following their explicit instructions. They supposedly have customer support department and chat option that is non existent. It took a week to get someone in the phone and two weeks for an email response. When I finally did get someone in the phone they were going to mail me a replacement with a shipping label for the defective unit. It never happened. I would not recommend this company at all! I bought an $800 unit and it died just outside of the 1 year mark. It was supposed to be able to cover 7000 sq ft. It's in a 600 sq ft basement. There's no reason it should have died. The company told me to send money to someone's private ******and they would send the parts to fix it. When I told them I didn't trust sending money through PayPal, they asked me to do a review on Amazon & they would send a new unit.
