Thet could use a lot of work in their administration. I have asked multiple times to be put on an email list for closings etc and have yet to get a single email. I left my card there and it had been there for over 3 weeks. I called multiple times to check on it and the phone was never answered . I finally went in to pick it up. They could have easily looked my account up and fired me out an email to let me know that my card was there.
