Asked for a caramel balayage back in February and they didn’t even use the balayage method. They applied something on my roots before they started the bleaching process. That’s not how any balayage is supposed to go. They also melted off my hair and didn’t even COMMUNICATE THAT. They also got bleach on the back of the shirt and didn’t tell me. They left my hair orange and damaged and was very aggressive with my hair. Don’t go to them to color your hair.
