Dr. Saujani’s bedside manner is nonexistent. In my experience with her in both pregnancy and postpartum, I have been dismissed, gaslit & pushed toward elective interventions that go against my communicated preferences. When I saw her for the first time at 38wks, she immediately began using scare tactics to push me to opt for an induction & continued to do so until I agreed at my 40wk appointment. Went to Dr. Saujani for a 2nd opinion. She gave me the peace, reassurance and trust I needed. I would highly recommend.
I would never recommend this doctor. Her bedside manner was absolutely horrible, truly the worst I’ve ever experienced. Instead of listening to my concerns with compassion, she completely dismissed how I was feeling. I clearly communicated to the entire office that I had just taken a positive pregnancy test and was experiencing bleeding. Her immediate response? “You’re probably miscarrying.” No empathy, no support, no reassurance, just that.
